Quiet, elegant environment with entertaining menu choices for three, five, or eight course, prix fixe dinners. Trout and herring starters excellent and wonderfully presented. Duck and pork entrees also superbly cooked and presented. Fine selection of wines by the glass and aquavits
Foie gras ice cream is too special, Aquavit if you want to suggest you book it. The restaurant area is not particularly big, we came after the reservation, so there is no waiting seat, the inside is basically full
Recommended, one of three star-picking Nordic dishes in New York. The flavoring is based on the heavy smoked Nordic recipe and respects the tradition of herbs, such as the widespread use of the leaves, flowers and fruits of the elderflower. The most famous dessert ostrich nest is an ice cream, chocolate, a mix of flowers and a variety of plums, and it is amazing.
Most reviews will talk about how fantastic the service and food is. I''ll be brief on that note.
The restaurant was with friends last week. I heard that the food was mainly Nordic, so I came to try it. It was a Michelin restaurant, though only a star. But the service must be perfect, and when I got there, I found that the service was unexpected. The decoration was the first thing that impressed me. I prefer the simple and clean design, which doesn't require a lot of complicated decoration. It's simple and pure in my eyes, and this place is very good for my taste. It's Nordic food, so it may not be used to some of the mixes and tastes, but it's generally acceptable. It's quite suitable for friends with light tastes to try. I still have a good impression from this dining experience.
