What travelers say:
Had lunch here. I had matzoh-ball soup and potato pancakes, my wife the half-sandwich and soup lunch special. The soup was only OK: the 2nd aAve. Deli on 3rd Ave's is much better. Her sandwich was good -- lots of meat, tasty bread and mustard. My potato pancakes were not, too thick and overfried. All the usual fixings (half-sour and dill pickles, slaw) were there, though I prefer my slaw with vinegar and not, as here with mayonnaise. Cookies with the bill were a nice touch. Overall, fine if you are in the neighborhood and hungry; don't bother to make a special trip.
