It was around 16:00 on weekdays, so it was good that it was relatively vacant. I immediately asked for boiled egg ramen with normal hardness. The soup is a rich soup, but it feels refreshing and has no taste. I asked for noodles normally, but it was just right. Takana is on the table with red ginger and sesame for an extra charge. The dumplings were also delicious. It was a taste that you could eat even after drinking.

I fortunately come to find this tiny but great Ramen shop near the hotel I stayed. I and my wife, who was still a girlfriend at the moment, were walking around Nakasu, looking for some HAKATA-style Ramen shop. Both of us are eager to eat Hakata-style Ramen. When we almost back to the hotel, we find it. Many people were in the shop and also local people were going in and out of the shop frequently. The atmosphere told us that this shop is unusual. The soup is perfect, that taste is delicate but the good taste and flavor last so long inside of the mouth. The noodle is also good tangling with the soup. Finally, I visited this shop during my 2 days stay.
