Different Mexican cuisine! The chef who grew up in Mexico City was once a professional tennis player. Out of his love of food, he decided to go to the American Kitchen School (Culinary Institute of America). Talent and effort, soon attracted the attention of New York food industry, childhood grandmother's Mexican home-cooked dishes always made Richard miss, in 1997 he opened the first Mexican restaurant Maya in New York, and then his food empire quickly expanded. In 2004, he partnered with the famous Mexican-American singer of the Grand Gathering Opera, Pampano, to open the modern Mexican restaurant.
