This place needs a major update as it looks old and shabby. Service is disorganized and it took long for the waiter to take our order. While the servers are friendly, they don&#39;t compensate for the lousy food. Spicy wings weren&#39;t spicy at all and pretty dry. Huge disappointment. Drinks are ok but taste more like a bunch of juices mixed with some alcohol. They need to be shaken and blended better. I don&#39;t recommend this place. Seek out a better TGI Fridays in other locations.

We came here for a luxurious lunch and what a great moment. Our cocktails were truly outstanding and created with love, care and brilliance . The octopus is a a must have when visiting this place, followed by mouth watering desserts. The prices are slightly over the top, but at least they go the extra mile with great staff, food and surroundings so you don&#39;&#39;t feel ripped off.

We were told &#39;yes &#39; we do gluten free food here, so we thought brilliant, after a packed day sightseeing this would be the perfect place for an evening meal. Tgi&#39;s in UK are of a high standard so we thought we could safely eat here!! How wrong were we! The waiter took our order quickly, I specifically pointed at the gluten free choice and requested the gluten free cheese burger. When all the meals arrived my burger did not look like a gf one so I asked the waiter and he said he would check,he came back and said no he would change it and it would be ready in 3mins. He then returned and explained that there were no gf rolls so we said ok we&#39;d gave it without. By this time we were so hungry we just wanted something. After at least another 10minutes, when it finally arrived it was two burgers sandwiched between two BREADED cheese sticks!!! Are the staff not trained to understand the risks attached to being gluten free? This restaurant could have made my husband seriously ill. The staff were rude, ignorant and very poorly managed. Other customers were also having problems so this one is best to avoid.

We have been greeted by a surly and unkind waitress. The place was cold (everybody was compelling). Food quality is sufficient. I do not recommend this place
