It's a good image of the old Diville.

An office building on the 22nd floor above ground on Nakanoshima. Completed in 2013. In the lower part, bricks and stones from the old Di Building (completed in 1925) are reused as much as possible, leaving the image and atmosphere of the old building well. The 56th BCS Award. There are restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floors, so you can see the retro-designed lobby other than those involved in the building.
In the oasis of the city, you can quietly find your own taste.

You can find your favorite shop in a comfortable silence, overwhelmed by the classic interior. Good meals, good cafes, and favorite stationery Delphonics. Forget the good sense of files, letter sets, time.
A large-scale Neo Romanesque building completed in 1926 by Watanabe-bushi was rebuilt. The tiles, terracotta, and stones used at that time are being reused. Itta is very spectacular.
There are retro buildings here and there in Osaka. I feel that there are more than Tokyo. Especially in Nakanoshima, there are many of them, and one of them is here. It is much cheaper to demolish and rebuild. I can only say that it is stylish to leave old ones.
There was also a building like Marunouchi in Tokyo in the Nakanoshima area of Osaka. I happened to visit for business, but the entrance left the old atmosphere and felt very cool. The entrance is equipped with a modern post that is still used.

Retro. Look at it from the second floor.
