The experience was extraordinary, incredible... The service was nice and they were very nice and welcoming. I love the representation and the attention to detail.  Am definitely coming back and I highly recommend it.

Cocina Cabal

We had the most memorable dinner last night at Casa Ferm&iacute;n in Oviedo.  The ambiance was warm &amp; inviting with simple, yet tasteful decor.  Our server Bea was attentive, friendly, yet provided very professional service.  The Sommelier recommended a lovely bottle of wine for us to enjoy.  The menu at Casa Fermin was well executed &amp; each dish burst with flavors.  We enjoyed:  Lagostinos, creme de puerro, Ensalada de Bogavante, Steak Tartare with a Jalepeno &amp; Mustard Helados (beautiful dish) &amp; the Cochinillo Confitado.  We have tasted the baby suckling pig throughout Asturias (as it&#39;s a specialty of the region), but hands down, Casa Fermin&#39;s version was absolutely the best.  Succulent, flavorful &amp; simple.  For dessert, we loved the Tarta de Queso Gamoneu with Sierra &amp; their famous Casadielles Fermin.  They made us feel very special &amp; we look forward to returning next summer.

Fantastic attention. A quick, pendling service and pleasant. The food is really rich. The scalopins with the fresh goats and the fair salsa to be able to wet but not exaggerated, the cod made perfect, the chicory with the cider just missed to be a little softer but very rich, the fantastic zamburins with the garlic, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

really good food with nice flavours: shrimp carpaccio, leek gratin and pork rib, all very tasteful. Basic small restaurant, with good english speaking owner/waiter/chef.

Great food. Walked the Camino San Salvador, and was craving a great vegetable friendly meal. It really hit the spot! Everything was cooked perfect.

I chose Salazogue because I wanted to eat something healthy and not heavy for lunch  (it was 30 Celsius in August), and preferably seafood. All the dishes I ordered were delicious and fresh: tomato salad with marinated sardines, escabeche of white tuna, steamed hake with langoustine broth. Even the dessert, a coffee flan with matcha ice cream, was innovative and delicious. I highly recommend Salazogue.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the chef and Maitre of the hotel we were staying. It couldn&rsquo;t have been any better. The food was simply outstanding. The service impeccable. Sonia was the best hostess you could ask for. If you happen to be in Oviedo. You cannot let this restaurant go by without visiting it.

One of the best meals we&rsquo;ve had in Spain. The waiter, Adrian, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He guided us to a great meal. The restaurant is relaxing and romantic.

Fantastic food but poor service. Took our booking for 3 30 but then told us tasting menu couldn&rsquo;t be ordered after 3. Informed that the lobster was 5 euros more than stated on the menu after we&rsquo;d ordered it. Generally felt rushed and unwelcome at that time. Why accept bookings at 3 30 if you don&rsquo;t want to stay open. Such a shame as the food is excellent.

Excellent food/service served in a place with great decor and ambiance. The menu has many options and plentiful wine list. Centrally located.
