About Palawan

Palawan is a long, narrow island in the west of the Philippines. Its natural environment and opportunities for adventure are attracting more and more tourists. The Amazon-like jungle of the island’s inland region is one of the Philippines’ ecological sites. Palawan is also surrounded by thousands of other beautiful islands and has therefore been called a utopia by the sea. Puerto Princesa (meaning Princess Port) is the capital of Palawan. The town is home to a world-famous underground river park. Palawan is surrounded by islands of varying sizes and is a paradise for diving and snorkeling.

Island/Peninsula
The island of Cologne, a 20-minute boat ride from Cologne, has a beautiful mysterious skyline that is no less than the scene in the movie King Kong. If you are flying to the Karamian Islands, the inland scene on the island is clear when flying over Cologne. The cliffs that look like bastions are lush, and the other side is more difficult to reach with the lake.

Puerto Princesa is a port city in the middle east of Palawan, Philippines. It is located on the southern bank of Hongda Bay and is the capital of Palawan Province. Puerto Princesa is known for its crocodile farming, underground rivers and diving spots. Puerto Princesa is the starting point for visiting Palawan and a transit stop for other places in Palawan. The air is fresh and the environment is elegant. It is a good place for a holiday.

Island/Peninsula
Snake Island is a small island with slender white sandy beaches connected in the middle. Spread with white sand, the coastline is shaped like a snake, and the shape changes with the tide. Some people call Snake Island as Vigan Island. When the tides recede, the two parts are connected by sand dunes. They are like snakes in the sea. You can walk from one part to another along the "snake-shaped" beach.

Lake
Located on the island of Coron, Kaiyangen Lake is a very pure lake. The broad, mirror-like lake is set in the middle of a cliff, like a diamond, also known as the "mirror lake." The visibility of Kaiyangen Lake is very high, and the water will be deeply caught in the fish. On the observation deck overlooking Kaiyangen Lake, you can see the scenery that has appeared on the postcards of Palawan.
