Pattaya is a famous seaside resort in Thailand. It is famous for its sunshine, beach and seafood.
The restaurant was very quiet and ordered pickled trout, potatoes and dill butter. Pickled trout is scraped off the scales, sliced and eaten directly. The quality of the fish is great. I like the thick cut taste. The slightly salty taste goes well with boiled potatoes. Veal steak, potato salad. Potato salad is cooked and sealed. The veal steak has been knocked flat, rolled and packaged. After unpacking, just spread it out, sprinkle some salt and black pepper, and dip it in flour (bring your own), eggs and bread crumbs. The restaurant recommends using pork for frying, but it is not available at home, so butter is used. The first bite of Beard’s fried veal steak was amazing, the restaurant’s homemade bread crumbs were fried super crispy, and the wrapped veal was extremely tender.
