What people are saying:

In fact, it is the backyard of the Independence Palace, visiting the Independence Palace gathers here. You can see the back of the Independence Palace from here, you can also see the buildings on both sides. The lawn is well maintained and the four seasons are evergreen.

    Graceful 18th century garden.

We visited the garden on our way to the theater. It was quite pleasant to divert from the street and walk into this garden oasis. It is a good example of 18th century horticultural design.

    18th Century Garden

Added this to my itinerary during my visit to historic Philadelphia. Short walk from all the major attractions and a lovely spot to relax and regroup. I would recommend stopping by here for a rest.
