It was something of a blow if tolerable at the time to see La Cocina subtitled Tex-Mex. However it was pretty full mainly with youngish expats and we were greeted by an older American, at the table by the door with &quot;you can&#39;t go wrong here&quot;. For the avoidance of doubt this La Cocina is on Pasteur, perhaps a second outlet. Anyway there is no river view, Grande or otherwise. We even aimed at a last bite before an early evening departure but it closes for lunch at 2 and only opens for dinner at 6. Instead we went to the all-day Keyser&#39;s at the White Mansion boutique hotel.
