Topaz金边最棒的西餐厅之一，由米其林二星大厨监理的。不仅环境大气考究，服务非常周到。西餐的品种选择也很多。我从前菜开始到主餐都觉得非常满意。开胃小食，餐前面包，鲜榨橙汁，火腿奶酪素菜色拉配冰激凌，奶油蘑菇汤，双鱼子三文鱼，纽约牛排和土豆泥。最好吃的还是蘑菇汤和色拉。
