We were welcomed by the owner and his smile, the environment is simple, refined, careful and welcome. We chose a selection of salses and cheeses, two second meat plates and a sweet.We appreciated the quality of the raw material and The chef&#39;s mastery in combining different flavors to meat.All with a great technique and a great balance.
