Lovely views and area
You can't visit inside as far as I could see but the building itself and surrounding area is well worth going to. When we went there were 100's of little crabs on all the sea walls and near-by rocks, ...

some great photo opportunities from this point, an old fortress against pirates among other uses, worth a visit
It's very small
We haven't been inside this little castle. There's an impressive cannon that sits outside at the entrance. Lots of people take photos here.
A Piece of History
We were surprised to come across this interesting fortress on our walk around Puerto. It is situated right on the sea walls and has has some of the original cannons dating back to 1770.
