Up in Queenstown, there is a restaurant that one person thinks is quite authentic, the one called Madam Woo. It's not very big, but it's really clean and tidy.
What a great place. A vibrant place to chat, smell from the kitchen out at the door, and the front staff were all very friendly and attentive. If there is no table they give you some time to sit in the quieter bar upstairs which is the perfect way to start the night. The time given was 30 minutes and was excellent and we started right away as soon as we sat down ( already picked up on the upstairs menu). The food was impressive Asian fusion style, excellent. Definitely try this place. Young kids will love it.
Apart from the restaurant being a little crowded we felt welcomed and we felt the waiter was very attentive and attentive. The experience was made even better by the delicious food and good drinks ( a lovely cocktail each). Absolutely glad we stopped for dinner here. Definitely recommend this place!
The environment looks OK, but the night light is really too dim, worried about eating the nose. We are New Year's Eve just set here, so there is no festive atmosphere at all. Background music or foreign songs.
Local recommended restaurants, great food and lots of food
