The memorial to the victims of the 311 incident in Madrid is a very sad place. This is a memorial to the victims of the March 11 Madrid Metro bombings in previous years, a high obelisk, and I think it is the people of Madrid who are hoping for peace in order to express their confidence in the memory of the victims and the victory over terrorism.

The 311 incident was the worst terrorist violence in Spain's history, and the memorial park bears the names of all the victims.
