Bainiao Park is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Chongshan Road and Nujiang Street, Huanggu District, Shenyang City. It was originally a private cherry garden named Zeng Xiting. It was requisitioned by the authorities in 1938 to build a water source. This project was organized by Japanese white birds, so when the park was built in 1939, it was used as a public park.
