Yangcheng Beauty is the first to choose the A-line + cable car journey because of the hot weather with children. The fare is 35 yuan per person plus 20 yuan. First, I went to Baiyun Garden. When I walked in, I was amazed. There were fountains, gardens, animals and so on. They were very beautiful. From the north gate of Baiyun Garden, you can take a battery car (including 35 fares) to Mingchungu. Remember to go down. There is a small animal such as blue peacock in the valley, which is very suitable for children. After playing, take a cable car directly and go downhill. The scenery is beautiful. Perfect!

Baiyun Mountain has beautiful scenery and has been a famous scenic spot in Guangzhou since ancient times. For example, "Yuanquan", "Baiyun Wanwang", "Jingtai Senggui", etc., are listed in the ancient "Yangcheng Eight Views". In the 1960s and 1980s, Baiyun Mountain was rated as one of the "Yangcheng New Eight Views" by the "Baiyun Songtao" and "Yunshan Jinxiu" respectively.

If you want to have a nice hike and at the same time get to know something about the Chinese Culture, the baiyun mountain is the place to go. When entering several signs explain it's forbidden to take water from the Baiyun peddles or little rivers, however, many local Chinese take home this water for their belief that the Baiyun Mountain Water has healing or blessing characteristics. The mountain has some facinating stories, I was told by a local on the mountain that it's famous, a record of over thousand years ago speak of Cantonese of the Panyu region to travel by foot to the mountain to gather water, herbs or find help from the ancient spiritual leaders that took fruits and herb of the mountains to make medicines. It is stronly adviced to talk to the people walking on the mountain, if you find English speakers, they will be able to tell their knowledge of the mountain, about the thombstones on the side of the mountain and it's history. Please keep in mind that it's not appreciated to film and/or photograph thombstones or graves in China. As a rule of fist, if you see a local do something, feel free to do so, if you notice locals don't go near or photograph things, don't engage into unthoughfull behaviour or ask around first.Last but not least! Bring Water! If you happen to take the wrong turn and walk around the mountain, you won't find any access to drinks or food.
