Bali Bridge, formerly known as Yongtong Bridge, is a Ming Dynasty three-hole stone arch bridge, which was built in 1446. It is situated at 8 Huali west of Tongzhou, commonly known as Bali Bridge. It is now a cultural relic protection unit at Beijing level. It is one of the three ancient bridges in Beijing. One of the eight scenic spots in Tongzhou in the past, Changqiao Yingyue, refers to this place. Bali Bridge is not only a scenic spot, but also an ancient battlefield. Xianfeng 10 years (1860 A.D.) in August, 30,000 Qing troops launched a bloody battle with the Anglo-French invading army here. Now Jingtong Expressway and Tongyan Expressway pass by both sides of Bali Bridge. Every day, people come and go to the Bali Bridge Station, which is very close to Bali Bridge Station of Batong Line, and it is still very good to walk on the bridge.
