Balthazar Review

The dishes are good. Raw ham wrapped in Italian white cheese tastes really good. The green lemon flavor of the raw salmon salad is well blended. Although the amount of a course is not large, it is in line with the characteristics of French cuisine. Exquisite! Coffee is very American and the pull is very beautiful.

Since the restaurant opened, I have become a big fan of it! I must say it never disappoints. Consistently good compared to other restaurants, for me. The three-story seafood tower is really great for the main course. I have not eaten bad food in this restaurant. The consistent delicious food, coupled with the live performances in the restaurant every day, the atmosphere is always very warm, which makes the value of this restaurant very prominent. It feels like there is no other restaurant in the world. Good food, good people, fun!

Balthazar is one of the most popular restaurants in Manhattan. The owner is from London. The filmmaking industry has not been successful, but the eight restaurants Odeon, Cafe Luxembourg, Lucky Strike and nightclub Nell's have been well received. Balthazar in Soho has a large number of stars/artists and other fans, many paparazzi buried. I'm lying on the side waiting for a sneak shot.
