I didn't plan to come to this church in my initial itinerary, but I added a day to Paris temporarily and went to Notre Dame Cathedral twice. Especially when Notre Dame Cathedral climbed the bell tower in Paris, I found that I should also visit this church on the hillside. Although I had only seen little information about it at that time, I vaguely felt that it would bring me some information. Pleasantly surprised. And on the map, it's very close to the hotel we stayed in. We live in District 9. The last hillside is Sacred Heart Cathedral. So on the fourth day of our tour in Paris, after we had a leisurely breakfast, we walked along the brick alleys to the Montmartre Heights. After walking for a few minutes, you can see the spire of Sacred Heart Cathedral from the gap of the building. I thought it would be here soon, but we still walked for more than 20 minutes, because we were not in a hurry, so we took pictures while walking and playing. Coming in front of it at more than 10 o'clock, you have to climb many stairs to get to it. Three domes, one or two small, with a snow-white appearance, are really a little different from other churches in shape. This day is 2016-03-14, which may be the reason for Monday morning. There are not many visitors here. When you enter the church, you are not allowed to take pictures. The murals inside are very beautiful, golden and brilliant, and the picture is really using a lot of gold, the central dome in the picture of Jesus is also a little golden pen. Although there were many tourists in the church, everyone remained quiet and quiet. I sat down on the bench for almost half an hour and enjoyed sitting quietly in the church, especially in such a beautiful and special church. My one ran around to take pictures. He also went to the bathroom next to the church. It was said that the charge for the bathroom was 1 euro. I've always liked churches, and this one in Montmartre Heights looks and interiors are very different from ordinary churches, really gave me a surprise! If I come back to Paris, I will visit it again.

I‘m giving it a 5 star for the vibes on the outside. This building is iconic, it stands at the top of the city looking truly majestic. Sitting on the steps outside there was an abundance of buskers and people. The vibes with the music were just on point! When inside, it was still amazing architecturally, a very beautiful building of course. But the admission ticket was a bit expensive and the gift shop also didn’t feel super authentic. But what would you expect from a major tourist attraction?

The French Sacred Heart Cathedral is located at the highest point in the Montmartre Heights in northern Paris, where the Sacred Heart Cathedral is decorated in a strange style, both Roman and Byzantine, with a large white dome that is oriental.

The Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, located atop Montmartre in Paris, is a masterpiece of architecture and a symbol of spiritual beauty. This stunning basilica, constructed with white travertine stone, stands as a testament to the French Romanesque and Byzantine styles. Its prominent dome and panoramic terrace provide visitors with sweeping views of the city below. Inside, the interior is adorned with intricate mosaics and a serene atmosphere, creating a place for both worship and quiet contemplation.

The Sacré-Cœur is beautiful. Not only is the castle itself beautiful, but it gives you an amazing view of a part of Paris.
