Minsheng Art Museum is based on an industrial building in the 1980s. It challenges the closure, singleness and fixedness of the art museum today with openness, diversity and flexibility. The entire gallery has a construction area of 10,000 square meters, designed by Zhu Ying, an internationally renowned architect, and the gallery design consultant is served by Thomas Karens, former president of the Guggenheimbo Foundation in the United States.
