The Palais de Pescaro (Museum of the Orient) was built in 1676 and completed in 1710, and is the last building designed by Longner and one of the oldest buildings along the Grand Canal. The interior is now the Oriental Museum, featuring more than 30,000 pieces of Prince Henry's collections from countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Japan. The exhibition features a variety of clothing, weapons, musical instruments and porcelain from China. These artifacts are all from the 1st century, which is the Edo era in Japan.
