Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral Review

A blessed church for catholic devotees. This is must visit place to solemnly pray.

The cathedral should be regarded as a well-known attraction in the city. The overall appearance of the white building is the architectural style of the Spanish colonial period. The original church was destroyed in World War II. Now it should be rebuilt in the 1950s. When the interior seems to be worshiping, it will stay for a while and leave.

The churches were built during the colonial period, early Spanish ocean voyages were great, and Magellan discovered the place, building many buildings, including some churches, the main city including the old complex of very unique people.

Established in 1595, the Metropolitan Cathedral and Parish of Saint Vitalis and of the Immaculate Conception is another symbol of Christianity in Cebu, being one of the first Filipinos who embraced Christianity when it was introduced some for nearly four centuries.

Once inside, there is no air conditioning, but the unique cool smell makes people calm down quickly.
