Changning District Revolutionary Cultural Relics Museum was the old site of the editorial office of the early central organ magazine "Bolshevik" with a building area of 224 square meters. In October 1988, the old site of the editorial office of "Bolshevik" was restored to the exhibition hall of revolutionary cultural relics in Changning District and opened to the public. On October 24, 1988, the exhibition hall was open to the public free of charge. In October 1989 and June 1995, they were named "Youth Education Base" by the Communist Youth League Shanghai Municipal Committee, Changning District Government and "Shanghai Red Tourism Base" in 2006.
