Located on the north side of No. 1 Jiuxianqiao North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China Railway Museum covers an area of 1,000 square meters. It is a national professional railway museum. Its predecessor is the Science and Technology Museum of the Ministry of Railway. It was established in 1978 and renamed China Railway Museum in 2003. China Railway Museum has three museums: Zhengyang Gate Museum, Dongjiao Museum and Zhan Tianyou Memorial Museum.
