The dance house was built in 1996 and was inspired by the famous tap dancers Fred and Ginger in the 1930s and 1940s in the United States. The two collaborated on several comedy films with a soft dance and a modern style that dumped countless fans. The glass building on the left of the dance floor was the post-dance ginger, and the white building on the right was Fred, whose hat was his hemispheric glass dining room, which was steeply outstretched on the four floors, and the only balcony in the whole building, as if Fred had the hand that held ginger at his waist. This artistic building is actually a bank, there is a cafe on the ground floor, and the top floor is a separate spherical restaurant. The restaurant is surrounded by windows and the scenery from each window is different.
