This time I came to Changsha and found an antique building on the edge of the Xiangjiang River. On the Internet, it turned out that this was the "Du Fujiang Pavilion" built by Changsha citizens in order to commemorate Du Fu. The so-called "Jiangge" is because Du Fu went to the old friend Wei Jin, but Wei Jin was tragically killed, poor and sick Du Fu, only to spend the last two years of his life in Changsha. At first, Du Fu didn't even have a residence in Changsha, and he could only live temporarily on the boat. Later, he gave himself a certain place near the small west gate of the building, calling himself "Jiang Pavilion". Therefore, this building commemorating Du Fu was called "Du Fu Jiang Pavilion". Du Fujiang Pavilion is a four-story building (with three mezzanine floors) imitating Tang Dynasty. It was officially opened on September 19, 2005. Since it is located directly opposite Orange Island, it is the best viewing spot when there is a fireworks display on Orange Island during the festival. The tea room on the top floor was robbed of 100 yuan per person. When it is not a special day to visit, you may not feel this, and even feel that the memorial is a bit flat. From the outdoor stairs to the second floor is the main hall of the memorial hall, in the middle there is a huge "Du Gongbu Xiaoxiang trace map", on the right is a Du Fu's avatar sculpture, surrounded by Zhang Daqian, Lin Sanzhi and other famous calligraphers Du poetry, poetry and painting, and the couplet. The exhibition hall on the fourth floor is the "Changsha City History and Culture Celebrity Exhibition", which tells the story of Quyuan and Jia Yi and other historical and cultural celebrities to reflect the profound historical and cultural connotation of Changsha. For a memorial hall, I think this kind of printmaking, put a circle around the introduction form, is really boring. So I just went outside after a quick round in the museum. Don't say, standing outside to see the scenery of Orange Island and Orange Island Bridge not far away, it really has another flavor, it looks more atmospheric. It's a pity that near the evening, the fog on the river is a bit thick and the clarity is not high. Going up is the tea room and painting academy, the tea room is the above and everyone said, the best viewing point of the Orange Island fireworks show. The Painting and Calligraphy Academy is not open to ordinary audiences. It is said that Du Fujiang Pavilion treasured "Royal Baizian Zhitongjian" "History" and other cultural ancient books more than 1,000 volumes, and the famous calligraphers Huang Ziyuan, He Shaoji, He Weipu, Yao Yu, Yushuyu and other people in the Qing Dynasty have more than 100 real works. The inside of Du Fujiang Pavilion, in fact, there is an elevator installed. After I arrived at the tea room, I took the elevator to the bottom floor. Close to Du Fujiang Pavilion is a row of imitation Tang corridors. ⚠️ Du Fujiang Pavilion Travel Guide: ❗ Address: No. 108 Xiangjiang Middle Road, Changsha 💰 Tickets: 11 yuan (there is an episode, I visited on November 26, just wanted to buy tickets, the conductor told me that the ticket is free on the 26th today, and you can enter it after registration.
