Fangongting Park Review

Qingzhou Fangongting Park Free parking lot is not big next to the art museum. Downstairs is the Longxing Temple ruins. The bridge on the left side of the park gate is Li Qingzhao Hall (the map in the bathroom on the left side of the entrance is not marked). There are boats and small towers on the lakeside outside and Sanxian Hall to buy tickets.

Fangongting Park is located in a small basin of more than 300 acres outside the west gate of Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, including Fangongting and Li Qingzhao's former residence, Yangxi Lake, Yongji Bridge Pier and Manxin Pavilion. It is low-lying, tree-lined, and Nanyang River runs through it. Although there is only one wall in the city, because it is located in the basin, the climate is pleasant, the winter is warm and the summer is cool, the winter is not frozen, the summer is not hot, the temperature difference in the city is 3～ 5 degrees, it is a rare tourist attraction, for the majority of tourists love. Our first destination to Qingzhou was the Qingzhou Museum, but because the 14:00-15:00 venue was full, we had to make an appointment for the 15:00-16:00 venue. Because we couldn't enter the venue before 15:00, we decided to go to the Fangongting Park next to it to spend half an hour. It was an inadvertent move, but I didn't expect it to be very rewarding. This park is named after Fan Zhongyan Temple. There is not only Fan Zhongyan Memorial Hall, but also Li Qingzhao's former residence and beautiful Yangxi Lake. It's a pity that the latter is currently being repaired and cannot be visited. Fan Gongxuan has the world's first banyan tree, and there are very beautiful tablets on display in the monument gallery. There is also a special pet urinal in the park, which is very user-friendly.

Fan Gongting Park was built to commemorate Fan Zhongkai, Zhizhou, Qingzhou, in the Song Dynasty. Fan Zhongkai made Qingzhou Baimao to cure the local epidemic red-eye disease. The park is shaded by trees. It is a good place to relax and cool. It is worth a visit.
