Fort Cornwallis is located in Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah, George Town, Pulau. This historical landmark is a bastion fort built by the British East India Company in the late 18th century.Open daily from 8am - 11pm, admission fee: Malaysian RM10, non-Malaysian RM20

One of the main highlights of the monumental site are the old mounted cannons that decorate the outer ramparts of the fort.
