The Ceramic Museum is the only Canadian museum to showcase ceramic art. Ceramic art is considered one of the oldest art and material cultures in the world. The museum's collections span continents and ages, allowing visitors to learn about the development, decoration and style of ceramic craftsmanship. The museum itself is a winner of several architectural awards and is open daily. It has the "Toronto's Best Gift Shop" (fashion) and a cafe run by famous chef Jamie • Kennedy.

Tickets for the ceramic museum are 15 knives, free for children. There is a family day event every Sunday, and free admission after admission. There is a workshop made of ceramics from time to time, which needs to be registered in advance and charged. I bought an annual ticket, 30 knives.

The pottery museum in downtown Toronto, near the subway station, adjacent to the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), is full of permanent exhibits in the East and West countries of the ceramic development phases. There are also contemporary and modern special exhibitions. There is a small shop on the ground floor to buy local pottery works. There are dining facilities on the top floor. The basement is a studio for teaching. On Fridays, citizens can make an appointment on the same day to participate in the pottery experience class held on the afternoon of the day.

The Gardner Ceramic Museum is also a very delicate small museum, where many ceramic crafts are based on ancient traditional Chinese culture, porcelain is also burned into different types and appearances of paper.

Recently,I spent approximately four and a half hours relishing its comprehensive collection of Ceramic Works of Art produced by artisans from many different countries. At this fine museum,I appreciated its comprehensive collection of European Porcelains produced by German,French, and Austrian Artisans from the Baroque Period and 18th Century.I relished its wonderful collection of 15th,16th,and 17th Century Italian Maiolica Ceramic creations (dishes, plates, albarellos)from the Italian Communities of Urbino,Faenza,Deruta, and Pesaro).I saw impressive ceramic works from ancient Latin America civilizations(Nazcas of Peru,Moches of Peru,Nayarits of Mexico,Jaliscos of Mexico).Furthermore,I appreciated the ambience of this museum and the helpfulness of its staff.
