Xianyang Luohe New Town Smart Agriculture Park is located north of Luohe New Town Luohe Avenue and west of Tea Horse Avenue. It is invested and built by Luohe New Town Smart Agriculture Co., Ltd. in Xixian New District, Shaanxi.
