Jiulongshan, also known as Shangjiuyuan, is located in Xinmin Township, Baoji County. Looking forward to the gathering of the nine peaks, it looks like a lotus blooming, like a Kowloon soaring into the sky. According to legend, during the Tang Zhenguan period, Queen Changsun returned to Xiangquan to visit her relatives and passed through Queen's Ridge (now three groups of Wangjiazui Village, Xinmin Township), when she saw the clouds steaming in the Jiulong Mountains. It was like a fairyland and she was full of praise. When she returned to Beijing, she told Taizong. Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty ordered Lieutenant Chi Jingde to inspect the temple in Jiulong Mountain, hoping that the weather would be smooth and the country would be peaceful, leaving the unique Kowloon Mountain in Guanlong.
