Kellie's Castle Review

Went to visit Kellie’s Castle, also known as the famous haunted castle in Ipoh back in 3 Nov 2022. We went in the broad daylight so there was nothing scary or any haunted moments. Castle is beautifully maintained with the ruins for nice photo memory. If you love a more scary adventure, you can book a private midnight tour for the experts to bring you to tour the castle in the dark. Who knows there might be night surprises!!!

Kellie's Castle is located in Batu Gajah, Perak. This unfinished, ruined mansion, was built by a Scottish planter named William Kellie-Smith. A beautiful must-visit tourist attraction and instagrammable hotspot.

A place for those who loves history and old buildings. You could definitely get some artistic shots in here! (too bad I couldn’t retrieve most of the photos from my old phone 🥲)

When you come here, you will also see how this house was built taking into account the hot weather of Malaya. So even if the outside area is hot, you will be quite comfortable in this indoor area.
