The Goddess Temple is situated in Duba Square. It has three floors. Its appearance is classical and mysterious. When we saw many women coming in and out, we felt that there must be some activity in it. We walked into the door with curiosity, took off our shoes and went up the low stairs (the ancient Nepalese were very short). Upstairs, I saw a group of people sitting together to do the ceremony, so I imitated it and felt funny. After a while, an old lady came up and coaxed us out. She looked threatening and whistled like driving away chickens and ducks. Maybe we were offended by their activities, so we had to go downstairs and get out of the temple door. It was an interesting experience.
