Montmorency Falls Review

Montmorency Falls is an alternative to Niagara Falls. It is less crowded than Niagara and quieter. A nice place to stroll in the park.

Montmorency Falls is a short trip from Toronto. Height is taller than Niagara but not as majestic. Worth a 2-3 hours visit nonetheless.

Quebec Crystal Falls/Montrench Falls (Montmorency Falls) is a famous tourist attraction located ten minutes drive east of Quebec's old town. The sound of Monterey West Falls is very large, because it has a gap of 83 meters, which is twice the size of Niagara Falls. A large amount of water pours down the St. Lawrence River from the cliffs, making a deafening sound, and the momentum is quite majestic. It is the tallest waterfall in Quebec, known as one of the three major waterfalls in the Americas, and its water source comes from the mouth of the Montmorency River, which flows down the cliffs of the mountain and meets the St. Lawrence River (Saint-Laurent).
