There are five museums on the Berlin Museum Island. The official website has purchased a one-day pass in advance, and each museum has to make an appointment for a visit. The Pegamon Museum has many artifacts from Mesopotamia, and the new museum is mainly Egyptian artifacts.

If you buy a Berlin Welcome Card with a joint ticket for Museum Island, you can enter 5 museums for free, respectively: Bode-Museum, Pergamonmuseum, Neues Museum, Alte Nationalgalerie, Altes Museum..., but there is still an extra charge for special exhibitions in the museum.
