The museum exhibits the cultural relics unearthed by archaeologists over half a century ago as exhibits, fully utilizing sculpture, simulation scenes, multimedia, pictures, text materials, sound and optoelectronics and other ways to vividly reproduce the scenes of the people's production and life in the area five thousand years ago. It also reveals the social consciousness of the people in the area, the origin and flow of the culture in the area and the sea. The Neolithic culture on the opposite side of the Gorge is closely related. The exhibition of the new pavilion is divided into three parts, including two exhibition halls and archaeological sites hall.
