The Mexican Museum of Anthropology is one of the largest and most famous museums in Latin America. It is located in Chapultepec Park, Mexico City, covering an area of 50,000 square meters and exhibition area of 33,000 square meters. The original site of the museum was established by the University of Mexico's Gut Commission, and in 1964, it was redesigned by the famous Mexican architect Pedro Ramirez Vázquez to build a new museum.
