Panmen, anciently called Anmen, Zhou Jingwang six years (514 BC) Wu Wang Yu ordered Wu Ziyu to build the Spring and Autumn Wuguo Metropolis, Panmen is one of the eight gates of Wudu. Because there was a wooden dragon hanging on the door, it was named for the town to deter the country, and because of its "half of land and water, along the buckling". Panmen is the remains of the three generations of Yuanming and Qing Dynasty. It is the only ancient city gate in China that retains a complete land and water. It has a high historical cultural relics value, and there is a saying that "the male of the Great Wall in the north and the show of the panmen in the south".
