Pulteney Bridge Review

The Poultney Bridge (Pulteney Bridge) is an arch bridge on the Avon River in Bath, England. It was built in 1773 and is listed as a first-class registered building by English heritage. Designed by Robert Adam, the Purtney Bridge is one of only four bridges in the world that have shops on both sides of the bridge. Shops on the bridge include florists, old map shops, and juice bars.

Three curved platforms are built in front of the Poultny Bridge, and the water flows through nature to form three levels of elegant waterfall landscape, giving the quiet Avon River a dynamic and rhythmic atmosphere. It has also become a must-see place for tourists.

The Pultni Corridor Bridge across the Avon River is our next attraction. The three-hole Corridor Bridge has a history of only two hundred years, but it has shops on both sides. The flowing water under the bridge has formed a multi-layer curved waterfall under the artificial construction, which is magnificent under the laminar flow. Although it is a man-made landscape, this kind of man-made fusion in the embrace of nature still makes people feel a good harmony with nature. We walked across the bridge deck and enjoyed the scenery of the old bridge in the small town on both sides of the bridge. Then we continued to walk along the hillside street to the circular square and the crescent building less than 1 kilometer away.

The world-famous Pultney Three Arch Bridge is located on the Avon River and has an elegant surrounding environment. There are many 18th-century King George-era buildings scattered on both sides of the bridge, standing at the bridgehead, overlooking the scenery on both sides of the Avon River, as if you are in Venice Water City.
