. Quancheng Square is the first city square in China named "International Art Plaza". It is about 780 meters from east to west, about 230 meters from north to south, and has an area of 16.96 hectares. The design is based on the sideline of Baotu Spring and Jiefang Pavilion, and the frame is formed by the continuation of Bangpeng Street and Yuwen Road as the sub-axis. Each functional partition is unfolded around the axis from west to east.
