Old city centre with city hall and lots of enchanting sculptures including the famous one of hans Christian andersen. Memorable but maybe not worth all the fuss except on bright blue days.

Take the time and go inside... the building is mostly open to the public to wander through. It's beautiful... it's HUGE inside! The stone stairs and brick accents are just amazing.... As a landmark it's amazing to think this space is open to the public to see and wander around in. Also you'll be excited to see that many people who are getting married will be wandering around the building... There is a civil chapel in the building which made the whole experience of visiting even more magical!

This is central square in Copenhagen! You'll find City Hall here, and just across the street is the historic Tivoli Gardens. You'll find lots of activity in this plaza with buskers and tourists. Don't miss the very cool Weather Girl statue perched high atop the Richs buildingin the plaza, with a girl riding a bicycle.

Home to the Town Hall of Copenhagen, this large square sits between the main shopping area and the renowned Tivoli Gardens. It is unlikely you will spend much time here but you will pass through on your way to many of the attractions in Copenhagen. The Town Hall itself is an impressive building and worthy of a photo.
