As well as the popular Sapporo "Two Markets", the Sapporo crab market uses fresh fish and shellfish cooked in the morning from all over Hokkaido to pour rice and sushi. Here, fresh fish shops, vegetable and fruit shops, dry shops and salted fish shops, about 60 stores scale-to-scale. Starting at 6 a.m., highly fresh and selected ingredients are put on the stall. There are also many sushi shops, kitchen shops and other catering shops, which use fresh ingredients on the market to provide seasonal delicacies at appropriate prices.
