Siyue Academy Site Review

Siyue College, located in Dongmen Pedestrian Street, was built during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. The original site is No. 22 Nanqing Street, covering an area of about 228 square meters. It is a private house built by the Zhang clan of Luohu Shuibei, Hubei and Xiangxi Sancun to commemorate the ancestors "Zhang Siyue". It is also a place where Zhang and the children of the surrounding villagers read and study.
