The Former Residence Memorial Hall of Song Qingling is located in Shanghai, the hometown of Song Qingling. The main building is composed of Song Qingling Cultural Relics Museum, garage and main building. Among them, the main building is where Song Qingling lived before his death. It is situated in the middle of the courtyard. It is surrounded by more than 30 centuries-old camphors. Song Qingling is fond of camphor trees. The eighth volume of Chinese texts of the Soviet Educational Press "Camphor trees in Song Qingling's former residence" describes this. The milky white building was originally a German private villa. From 1949 to 1963, Song Qingling worked and lived here for nearly 15 years. It was an important place for her to engage in state affairs, leaving behind many precious historical moments and a large number of cultural relics. The first thing I saw when I entered the memorial hall of Song Qingling's former residence was a white statue of Song Qingling. After the statue, there were more than 15,000 pieces of Song Qingling's cultural relics, including photographs, correspondence, Song Qingling's University diploma, books, daily necessities, gifts for state affairs, Song Qingling's relatives'articles and Sun Yat-sen seal carefully preserved by Song Qingling. There are two cars parked beside the museum. One is Zhou Enlai's "Red Flag" sedan transferred from Beijing to Shanghai for Song Qingling's use, and the other is a "Jim" sedan presented by Stalin. The main building on the south side keeps Song Qingling as before. On the bottom floor are the hall, the living room, the dining room and the library. On the wall of the hall are the traditional Chinese paintings of "running horse" presented by Xu Beihong. On the back wall of the living room are the portraits of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and on the south wall are the photos of Chairman Mao Zedong visiting her in 1961. On the second floor are the bedroom and the office. A set of rattan furniture in the room is the dowry given to her by her parents when Song Qingling got married. The sofa and the tea table are Sun Yat-sen It's used by students. The former residence has free volunteer explanatory service on the whole time. The specific explanatory time will be posted on the announcement at the entrance of the scenic spot. There is no catering service in the scenic area, but there are many places to eat on Huaihai Road, one of Shanghai's busiest roads outside the scenic area. There is a shopping spot at the entrance of the scenic spot, the tourist center, which mainly sells souvenirs made around the idea of Sun Yat-sen, Song Qingling's husband.
