The building is a cylindrical modern building. It's only when we see a cross on the roof that we know it's a church. We didn't go in because many people worship.

On our first day in Cairns (Monday, July 24, 2017), my wife and I went for a tour of Santa Monica Cathedral, enjoying a moment of inner peace and visiting the prestigious stained glass windows. On one side of the building, the windows are printed with the things God created the world in Genesis 12. The designs were created by artist Gerry Cummins and Jill Stern. Interestingly, the descriptions are intertwined with some of the native Australian flora and fauna. Behind the church is the peace window - there are also many local patterns. The lively and vivid sprinkling of the windows and the contemporary feel of the design are well worth a look.

A nondescript building that looks on the outside until you enter it changes your view. This is the most amazing stained glass windows and storyboards I have ever seen. They also have regular concerts, which is wonderful, so you can not only experience wonderful music, the added benefit is that you can also sit in the most beautiful environment and atmosphere.

It's very good. All the dishes are delicious. I suggest you try it. The steak in this shop is also very good. You can try it with friends who like it.

Located across the street from the Hilton Doubletree Hotel, this Catholic church is worth a visit. This is a modern building with 24 incredible, themed stained glass windows, depicting a variety of regional, historic & religious scenes, as well as the Peace Window. You could spend a lot of time here, admiring the details in each stained glass window. Admission is free.
