This place is right next to a shopping mall. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Q1 and you can refund the traffic card deposit. But the door is closed earlier here, please pay attention to the time not to be empty.

Located on Carville Commercial Street, next to Paradise Shopping Center, this is the most crowded place on the Gold Coast. It is also 100 meters away from Surfers Paradise and Woolworths Supermarket is also located here. The visitor service center is the best choice. The center provides free consultation, distributes tourist promotional materials, reports to tour groups, book vehicles, sell tickets to attractions, etc. There are really many people around.

Surfers Paradise center with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Caville Shopping Center, Gold Coast Canal and hinterland. Delicious Portuguese with friends in the hotel's outdoor pool

In fact, I prefer the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. Surfers Paradise is nothing more than a few streets where eating and shopping are concentrated. There are performances at night, which is very lively. It is good to go to the beach at night.

We called in a month early because we were staying during Holy Week in Nicaragua. We didn’t live in a resort but were told we could pay for the event (as their website says). When we called to make an appointment, we had six groups playing paintball shooting, and we were told we didn't need to keep it, just show it. No. When we arrived with our group of 10, (6 planned to play and 4 people swimming in the pool while they were waiting for us) the shuttle bus we were “handed” by this guy, the owner was told to leave the city for two, and he ran the whole resort to himself. He said we really needed to keep it, he was too flooded for us to play. Really? The resort has 4 people in the pool and 4 construction workers. Very disappointing to expect paintballs in the jungle group. He said he would be setting up for us in a day or two and would give us a call ...... no. Sad. And part of the owner's poor judgment during such a busy vacation time to leave the resort!
