Taierzhuang Ancient City, located in the center of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, is located in the junction of Taierzhuang District and Lusu Yu-Qiu Province, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. The ancient city began in Qin and Han, developed in Tang and Song Dynasty, and flourished in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is known as the "first Zhuang in the world" (Qing Qianlong Gift). The ancient city covers an area of 2 square kilometers, 11 functional partitions, 8 major scenic spots and 29 scenic spots. It is the largest ancient city in China. It is a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction and has the reputation of "China's most beautiful water town".
