The temple was built in the 11th century AD and covers a vast area. The wedge-shaped stone roof is supported by rafts, and the rafts are placed on the stone pillars. Now, the roof and rafts are gone, only the stone pillars and stone walls remain. The temple of the Samurai is richly decorated with reliefs. The snake heads of the two snake-shaped columns on the gate are beautifully carved. The walls on both sides are carved with the dragon snake body pattern reliefs. The tops on both sides of the ladder are decorated with small statues of the Samurai.
